For Therapy

I counsel those who identify as women, those who identify as members of LGBTQIA+ community (many of which are one in the same), and minors of all genders ages 6-17. My clients have a wide range of concerns including anxiety, trauma, anger, relationship troubles, depression, sexual identity, cultural identity, and self esteem. I use a blend of therapies consisting of client-centered, relational psychoanalysis, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I work to establish a place and a relationship that allows us to explore your most personal challenges openly and truthfully.

Through therapy, my hope is that we will work together to achieve new and healthy thought patterns, stronger relationships, self confidence, and a sense of wellbeing. This is your space. You have my attention.

For Supervision and Consultation

I am a Washington State Approved Supervisor and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. This means that I am able to supervise all 100 of the required LMHCA hours, 100 of the 200 required hours needed for LMFTA’s, and 40 of the required 110 for SWA’s. I also offer consultation to fully licensed clinicians of many credentials. I love the learning process of therapy- through sitting with clients, to starting a private practice. Holding space for clients can be scary at first, and my hope is to help you foster the care you want to provide, while also helping you learn the boundaries you’re able set with your clients. With burnout and ethical practices being topics I specialize in, my goal is to leave new clinicians feeling both grounded and knowledgeable in their practices.
