I am a sister, a partner, a friend, a learner, and a relatively poor quality but happy amateur baker. In both my personal and professional life, I do my best to be kind and honest. I have always been moved by story, connection, and personal growth. I have a deep curiosity for how we make meaning, which led me to obtaining my BA in Psychology from Northwest University, my MA in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School, and my license in counseling where I practice in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle, Washington.
